Most COD orders are dispatched within 24-48 h of ordering, and for payments by bank transfer – within 24-48 h of receiving payment.

The ordered goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order form.
If it is not possible to complete the order, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer.
In the case of larger orders, the Seller reserves the right to execute them in separate batches, and orders paid by bank transfer or via the electronic payment system after the Customer's payment is credited to the Seller's account.

COD orders shall be fulfilled immediately. Orders paid for by bank transfer or using an electronic payment system shall only be fulfilled once the payment is credited to the seller's bank account.
